Piestanske C. smashed Slavia BB in Piestany 76-56. Piestanske C. forced 19 Slavia BB turnovers and outrebounded them 38-26 including a 19-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of Montenegrin guard Bozica Mujovic (178-1996) who helped to win the game recording 16 points and 7 assists. American forward Ke'Shunan James (184-1994, college: Murray St.) contributed with 17 points for the winners. Four Piestanske C. players scored in double figures. American guard Iggy Allen (180-1998, college: ODU) answered with 21 points and 8 rebounds and center Nina Janstova (189-2004) added 8 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Slavia BB. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Slavia BB will play next round against strong Young Angels trying to get back on the winning streak.
