Regular Season Round 2: Walbrzych - Krosno 92-68

Miast Szkla was upset in Walbrzych by Gornik 92-68. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Point guard Adrian Kordalski (186-1995) notched 33 points (!!!), 7 rebounds and 7 assists to lead the effort and the former international center Piotr Niedzwiedzki (211-1993) supported him with 12 points, 10 rebounds and 4 blocks. Even 18 points by Michal Jankowski (191-1987, agency: Interperformances) did not help to save the game for Miast Szkla. Latvian center Klavs Dubults (203-1996) added 13 points and 9 rebounds for the guests. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Gornik will play against Slask in Wroclaw in the next round. Miast Szkla will play at home against AZS PO to get more than just one victory in their record.
