Oleggio used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from Omegna 79-72 on Saturday night. Oleggio forced 20 Omegna turnovers. Andrea Colussa (202-2000) nailed 21 points and 5 rebounds for the winning side and guard Marco Restelli (185-2004) accounted for 13 points and 5 rebounds. Naturalized Serbian Nikola Markovic (197-2000) came up with 16 points and 6 rebounds and forward Marco Torgano (200-1991, agency: SLN) added 12 points respectively for Omegna in the defeat. Four Oleggio and five Omegna players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.
