But AZS PO was not able to use a home court advantage and lost to the opponent from Pelpin 79-70 on Sunday night. Decka forced 20 AZS PO turnovers. The best player for the winners was American forward Thomas Davis (198-1991, college: SWOSU) who had a double-double by scoring 26 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. Guard Dawid Saczewski (188-1999) chipped in 18 points. Decka's coach Przemyslaw Luszczewski used an eleven-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Point guard Adam Skiba (180-1999) produced 22 points and point guard Jakub Kobel (190-1998) added 14 points and 7 rebounds (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line) respectively for the hosts. Decka will meet at home Polonia in the next round and are hoping to win another game. AZS PO will play against Miast Szkla in Krosno and hope to win that game.
