The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Raiders Basket in Jarvenpaa on Friday night. Hosts were defeated by Bisons 85-67. Bisons forced 26 Raiders Basket turnovers and outrebounded them 42-31 including 27 on the defensive glass. 26 personal fouls committed by Raiders Basket helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of American swingman Jordan Roberts (203, college: LBSU, agency: Interperformances) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 17 points and 11 rebounds. French point guard Louis Rucklin (175-1999) contributed with 14 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners. Four Bisons players scored in double figures. Guard Jaakko Juusela (193-2001, college: USciences) answered with 17 points and forward Semi Saari (190-1998) added 15 points in the effort for Raiders Basket. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Bisons is looking forward to face HNMKY in Helsinki in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Raiders Basket will play on the road against Jyvaskyla BA and is hoping to win this game.
