Regular Season Round 3: Miedzychod - Katy Wroc. 87-78

Rather predictable result when Miedzychod (3-0) defeated at home Katy Wroc. (1-2) 87-78 on Saturday. The best player for the winners was Marcin Wrobel (200-1987) who scored 21 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. Mikolaj Smarzy (199-1999) chipped in 22 points and 6 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was swingman Grzegorz Kaczmarek (193-1983) who recorded 24 points and 7 rebounds and guard Michal Cheba (190-2000) added 16 points respectively. Five Miedzychod and four Katy Wroc. players scored in double figures. Miedzychod will meet Zary (#7) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Katy Wroc. will play against Gimbasket and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
