Regular Season Round 4: Les Sables - Berck 51-64

Berck's fans can celebrate the first win of their team after three consecutive losses. The victory is especially important as they defeated much higher ranked Les Sables (2-2) on the road game in Les Sables-D'Ollone 64-51. Berck forced 21 Les Sables turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of Cameroonian forward Arthur Ekani (199-1988) who helped to win the game recording 12 points and 9 rebounds and American forward Kayode Ajenifuja (195-1993, college: Mercyhurst) who added 14 points and 4 assists during the contest. Four Berck players scored in double figures. At the losing side naturalized Iranian swingman Navide Niktash (203-1991, agency: BIG) responded with 9 points and 8 rebounds and power forward Gregory Lessort (198-1985) scored 8 points and 11 rebounds. Les Sables' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Berck (1-3) left bottom position moving up to twelfth place in Group A, which they share with Tours. Les Sables at the other side dropped to the fifth position with two games lost. They share it with 6 other teams.
