But Cadi La Seu was not able to use a home court advantage and was defeated by the opponent from San Sebastian 77-72 on Saturday night. The best player for the winners was American forward Joy Adams (180-1993, college: Iona) who had a double-double by scoring 16 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists. Mali center Mariam Coulibaly (192-1997, agency: Areus Sports) chipped in a double-double by scoring 19 points and 11 rebounds. Four IDK Eustotren players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Laura Pena (173-1998) who recorded 18 points and 8 rebounds and American center Jewel Tunstull (190-1992, college: Northeastern) added 16 points and 5 rebounds respectively. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. IDK Eustotren will meet Gran Canaria (#4) in the next round. Cadi La Seu will play against Leganes (#15) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
