There was a small surprise when Pescara Bsk A (1-2) edged at home Teramo (1-2) 72-69 on Sunday. The best player for the winners was Cameroonian guard Constantin Maralossou (188-2002) who scored 26 points and 4 steals. Power forward Leonardo Del Sole (203-2000, agency: SLN) chipped in a double-double by scoring 10 points and 13 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was naturalized Bosnian point guard Amar Balic (180-1996) who recorded 11 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and center Alessandro Vigori (212-1999) added 11 points and 9 rebounds respectively. Four Teramo players scored in double figures. Teramo's coach Andrea Gabrielli rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Pescara Bsk A will meet Corato Adr. (#14) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Teramo will play against Bisceglie (#2) where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
