Regular Season Round 6: Gravelines - Strasbourg 69-89

Rather expected game when bottom-ranked Gravelines (0-6) was rolled over at home by fifteenth ranked Strasbourg (2-4) 89-69 on Saturday. Strasbourg forced 19 Gravelines turnovers. Guard Illan Pietrus (187-2005) scored 29 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and British forward Michael Belle (200-2003) chipped in 20 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. Five Strasbourg players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Roman Domon (203-2005) with 11 points and 5 rebounds and guard Willan Hairabetian (189-2003) scored 12 points and 5 rebounds. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Strasbourg moved-up to thirteenth place, which they share with Le Mans and Bourg.
