The game in Eskilstuna was also quite interesting. Seventh ranked Sloga Uppsala (3-2) played at the court of 8th ranked Eskilstuna (2-4). Sloga Uppsala did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 78-61 on Saturday. Sloga Uppsala forced 22 Eskilstuna turnovers. Strangely Eskilstuna outrebounded Sloga Uppsala 49-33 including a 22-7 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was naturalized Serbian forward Dragan Damjanovic (203-1988) who had a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds. Naturalized Greek point guard Mannos Nakos (179-1988) chipped in 13 points and 7 assists. Four Sloga Uppsala players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Ramon Mirianidis (183-1995) who recorded 8 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and Muorwel Muorwell added 6 points and 12 rebounds respectively. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Sloga Uppsala moved-up to fifth place. Eskilstuna at the other side, also newcomer in the league, dropped to the ninth position with four games lost. They share it with RIG Mark. Sloga Uppsala will meet AIK Basket (#13) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Eskilstuna will play against RIG Mark (#10) in Kinna and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
