Not a big story in a game when 11th ranked Anwil (2-4) was edged by ninth ranked Spojnia (3-2) in Wloclawek 81-78 on Saturday. Spojnia outrebounded Anwil 41-26 including 29 on the defensive glass. American guard Isiah Brown (180-1997, college: Weber St.) nailed 24 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists for the winning side and American-Kosovan Shawn Jones (203-1992, college: MTSU) accounted for 20 points and 15 rebounds. The former international point guard Kamil Laczynski (183-1989) came up with 19 points and 9 assists and American forward Luke Petrasek (206-1995, college: Columbia) added 10 points and 11 rebounds respectively for Anwil in the defeat.
