ASA Jerusalem recorded a loss at the home court. Hosts were rolled over by H.Rishon LZ 95-61. H.Rishon LZ forced 19 ASA Jerusalem turnovers and had a 24-10 advantage in offensive rebounds. Americans were the main players on the court also this time. Lauren Manis (185-1998, college: Holy Cross, agency: LBM Management) notched a double-double by scoring 31 points and 13 rebounds to lead the effort and forward Kaila Charles (185-1998, college: Maryland, agency: LBM Management) supported her with 22 points and 14 rebounds (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line). Four H.Rishon LZ players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 24 points and 12 rebounds by center Danielle Adams (185-1989, college: Texas A&M) did not help to save the game for ASA Jerusalem. Guard Taylor Wurtz (183-1990, college: Wisconsin) added 19 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists for the hosts. ASA Jerusalem's coach Ohad Gal gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. H.Rishon LZ will play against E.Holon in Holon in the next round. ASA Jerusalem will play on the road against M.Ramat Gan in Ramat Hen and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
