The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Czech Chomutov in Warszawa on Friday night. Visitors were defeated by Polish Polonia W-wa 100-91. They made 29-of-35 free shots (82.9 percent) during the game. Polonia W-wa looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists. 25 personal fouls committed by Chomutov helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Worth to mention a great performance of Serbian forward Andjelina Radic (187-1994) who helped to win the game recording 20 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Greek point guard Angeliki Vintsilaiou (173-1998) contributed with 19 points and 5 assists for the winners. Forward Valentyna Kadlecova (182-2004) answered with 27 points and American forward Najai Pollard (180-1997, college: Delaware St.) added 18 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Chomutov. Four Polonia W-wa and five Chomutov players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
