Regular Season Round 7: Huddinge - IK Eos 79-87

No shocking result in a game when eighth ranked IK Eos (3-3) defeated on the road bottom-ranked Huddinge (1-6) 87-79 on Saturday. Strangely Huddinge outrebounded IK Eos 49-35 including 18 on the offensive glass. It was a great evening for forward Andreas Von Uthmann (197-1996) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 12 rebounds. Guard Olle Karlsson (193-1996) helped adding 19 points and 5 rebounds. IK Eos' coach Jan Hricko used an eleven-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. At the losing side Samoro Unger responded with 28 points and 8 rebounds and Pedro Hok produced a double-double by scoring 11 points and 12 rebounds. Five IK Eos and four Huddinge players scored in double figures. IK Eos moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Sloga Uppsala. Huddinge lost their fourth game in a row. Newly promoted team stay at the bottom position with six games lost. IK Eos will meet at home AIK Basket (#10) in the next round. Huddinge will play against Team4Q (#12) in Helsingborg and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
