Regular Season Round 7: Blois - Limoges CSP 85-78

There was a small surprise when ninth ranked Blois (4-3) beat at home 7th ranked Limoges CSP (4-3) 85-78 on Saturday. Blois forced 25 Limoges CSP turnovers. It was an exceptional evening for Nilson Morgan Djengbot who led the winners and scored 11 points, 5 assists and 5 steals. Guard Eliot Thillier (188-2002) accounted for 12 points, 5 assists and 6 steals for the winning side. Blois' coach David Morabito used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Point guard Hugo Desseignet (175-2003) came up with 30 points, 9 assists and 4 steals and center Gaspard Gessat (202-2003) added 20 points respectively for Limoges CSP in the defeat. Blois moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Limoges CSP and Nancy. Blois will meet Gravelines (#16) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Limoges CSP will play against Levallois (#6) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
