Regular Season Round 12: Fryshuset - Norrkoping 50-104

Bottom-ranked Fryshuset (0-7) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 104-50 loss to fifth ranked Norrkoping (5-2) in Stockholm. They also forced 24 Fryshuset turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Fryshuset's players. It was a good game for American guard CJ Burks (190-1995, college: Marshall) who led his team to a victory with 17 points and 7 assists. International Adam Ramstedt (206-1995) contributed with 13 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Four Norrkoping players scored in double figures. American swingman TJ Dunans (196-1992, college: Auburn) replied with 11 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists and naturalized Serbian forward Uros Cigoja (200-1998) added 8 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Fryshuset. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Defending champion maintains fifth position with 5-2 record. Fryshuset at the other side still closes the standings with seven games lost. Norrkoping will play against Nassjo (#6) at home in the next round. Fryshuset will play against Sodertalje (#8) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
