Very expected game in Paris where 14th ranked CFBB (1-10) was crushed by sixth ranked Vitre (6-5) 87-53 on Friday. Vitre forced 24 CFBB turnovers. It was a great shooting night for Vitre especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 57.1 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by CFBB's players. The best player for the winners was point guard Kilian Incredule (175-1996) who scored 17 points and 5 assists. Forward Calvin Jubenot (198-1986) chipped in 13 points. Four Vitre players scored in double figures. Point guard Nolan Traore (190-2006) produced 15 points and point guard Talis Soulhac (186-2006) added 5 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the hosts. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Vitre maintains sixth place with 6-5 record, which they share with Lorient and Orchies. CFBB lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the fourteenth position with ten games lost. Vitre will meet at home higher ranked C'Chartres (#5) in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. CFBB will play against Berck (#13) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
