There was a surprise result when fourteenth ranked Padova Unione (3-6) won against on the road higher ranked Crema (3-6) 79-70 on Sunday. The best player for the winners was point guard Giuseppe Basile (190-1995) who scored 15 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. Center Ivan Morgillo (206-1992, agency: Players Group) chipped in a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds. Padova Unione's coach Fabio Volpato used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
