There was a minor upset when 3rd placed Getxo (5-3) was edged on the road by fifth ranked Burgos Nissan (5-3) 87-84 on Sunday. Point guard Angel Infante (180-1998) stepped up and scored 27 points and 6 assists for the winners and point guard Sergio Martinez (187-2004) chipped in 16 points and 6 rebounds. The best for the losing side was guard Ander Fernandez (193-1994) with 15 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and Eder Chavarri (180-1997) scored 20 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players in such tough game.
