Regular Season Round 10: Centrum - Tromso 74-88

The game in Oslo was also quite interesting. Third ranked Tromso (10-4) played at the court of 7th ranked Centrum (5-9). Tromso defeated Centrum 88-74 on Saturday. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Centrum. American forward Billy McDonald (198-1994, college: Caldwell) fired 36 points (!!!) and 4 assists for the winners. Serbian forward Petar Radojicic (206-1994, college: St.Mary's, TX, agency: Promo Sport ID) chipped in 15 points and 8 rebounds. The former international power forward Johannes Dolven (206-1996, college: Barry) produced a double-double by scoring 18 points and 13 rebounds and Serbian forward Petar Kutlesic (206-1994, college: Azusa Pacific) added 12 points and 13 rebounds respectively for lost side. Four Centrum players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Tromso have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 10-4 record having five points less than leader Kongsberg. Loser Centrum keeps the seventh place with nine games lost. Tromso will meet at home league's second-placed Gimle in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Centrum will play against Nidaros Jets (#10) and hope to secure a win.
