Everything went according to plan when fourth ranked Girona B (7-2) defeated on the road 13th ranked Martorell (2-8) 78-73 on Saturday. Girona B forced 20 Martorell turnovers. Toni Espinosa (195-1996) notched 15 points to lead the effort and point guard Adria Moncanut (183-2002) supported him with 14 points and 6 rebounds. Even 26 points by center Eloy Domenech (-2003) did not help to save the game for Martorell. Point guard Albert Valle (181-1992) added 10 points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals for lost side. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Girona B have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with 5 other teams.
