Regular Season Round 12: TKM Wloclawek - Ogniwo Szcz. 70-96

Not a big story in a game when bottom-ranked TKM Wloclawek (0-12) was outplayed at home by twelfth ranked Ogniwo Szcz. (4-8) 96-70 on Sunday. Ogniwo Szcz. dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to TKM Wloclawek's 38. Five Ogniwo Szcz. and four TKM Wloclawek players scored in double figures. TKM Wloclawek's coach Zoran Peno gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Ogniwo Szcz. moved-up to eleventh place, which they share with 3 other teams. Newly promoted TKM Wloclawek still closes the standings with 12 games lost. They share the position with Wisla Krakow. Ogniwo Szcz. will meet at home higher ranked Pyra (#4) in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. TKM Wloclawek will play against AZS UMK (#3) where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
