Regular Season Round 13: LKS Lodz - Notec Inowr. 78-64

The game had a very big importance for second-ranked LKS Lodz as it allowed them to take a leadership position. LKS Lodz defeated 7th ranked Notec Inowr. at home 78-64. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Notec Inowr.. LKS Lodz made 17-of-17 free shots (100 percent !!!) during the game. They also forced 20 Notec Inowr. turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Norbert Kulon (187-1992) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 assists (made all of his ten free throws !!!). Bartosz Wrobel (190-1995, agency: Octagon Europe) contributed with 25 points for the winners. Point guard Aleksander Filipiak (185-1990) answered with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 10 rebounds and 9 assists and power forward Lukasz Bodych (201-1990) added 10 points, 10 rebounds and 4 blocks in the effort for Notec Inowr.LKS Lodz have a solid series of three victories in a row. As mentioned above they are at the top of the standings, which they share with Katowice KS 27. Notec Inowr. at the other side dropped to the fifth place with five games lost. They share the position with 4 other teams. Notec Inowr. will play next round against Pabianice trying to get back on the winning streak. LKS Lodz will try to continue on its current victory against fourteenth ranked LKS Lodz 2. It will be extra interesting game as LKS Lodz 2 is their local rival from Lodz.
