Another exciting game was between fourth ranked Caen and 5th ranked Andrezieux where Caen (10-5) beat Andrezieux (9-6) on the road with 18-point difference 84-66. It was a good game for American forward Demond Watt (200-1989, college: TAMUCC) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 13 rebounds. Naturalized DR Congolese point guard Carl Ona-Embo (188-1989) contributed with 15 points and 4 assists for the winners. Ona-Embo is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Caen's coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Senegalese forward Pape Diop (202-1996, college: Cape Breton) answered with 16 points, 5 rebounds and 4 blocks and forward Elwin Ndjock (193-1993) added 16 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Andrezieux. Five Caen and four Andrezieux players scored in double figures. Caen moved-up to third place, which they share with Chartres and Pont-de-Cheruy. Andrezieux at the other side dropped to the fourth position with six games lost. They share it with 5 other teams.
