1Liga top team - HydroTruck (14-1) managed to deliver another win on Wednesday. This time they beat sixth ranked Kotwica (10-5) in Radom 82-68. They outrebounded Kotwica 45-33 including 30 on the defensive glass. It was a great evening for American point guard Kaheem Ransom (186-1993, college: SHSU) who led his team to a victory scoring 23 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. Forward Damian Jeszke (202-1995) helped adding 13 points, 13 rebounds and 5 assists. Five HydroTruck players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was Mikolaj Kurpisz (203-1998) with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds and point guard Pawel Dzierzak (188-1995) scored 13 points and 5 assists. HydroTruck have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain first place with 14-1 record. Kotwica at the other side keeps the sixth position with five games lost. HydroTruck are looking forward to face Dziki (#3) in Warszawa in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Kotwica will play at home against Polonia and is hoping to prove to their supporters that this time they can win.
