An interesting game for Boras (14-2) which played road game in Ostersund against 4th placed Jamtland (9-5). First ranked Boras managed to get a 12-point victory 86-74. It ended at the same time the seven-game winning streak of Jamtland. Boras looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international point guard Andreas Person (190-1991) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and 5 rebounds. American forward Ryan Logan (200-1994, college: Stonehill) contributed with 7 points, 6 rebounds and 9 assists for the winners. The former international forward Pierre Hampton (201-1991) answered with 25 points and American guard Landrius Horton (193-1998, college: Columbus St.) added 20 points and 5 rebounds (made all of his seven free throws) in the effort for Jamtland. Boras maintains first place with 14-2 record. Jamtland at the other side dropped to the fifth position with five games lost. Boras will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Jamtland will play on the road against Norrkoping (#4) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
