Regular Season Round 15: Ogniwo Szcz. - Lowicz 68-97

There was no surprise in Szczecin where 12th ranked Ogniwo Szcz. (4-11) was crushed by seventh ranked Ksiezak (10-5) 97-68 on Saturday. Ksiezak looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. It was a great evening for point guard Jakub Stanios (180-1994) who led his team to a victory scoring 22 points, 6 assists and 7 steals. Center Mateusz Fatz (205-1996) helped adding 16 points and 11 rebounds. Four Ksiezak players scored in double figures. Ksiezak's coach felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was center Karol Pytys (202-1985) with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds and guard Aleksander Wisniewski (187-2003) scored 13 points. Ksiezak moved-up to fifth place, which they share with 6 other teams. Ogniwo Szcz. lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the thirteenth position with 11 games lost. They share it with Sudety and Czeladz. Ksiezak will meet Trefl 2 (#11) in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. Ogniwo Szcz. will play against AZS UMK in Torun and hope to secure a win.
