Regular Season Round 15: Tarnovia - Trefl 2 95-65

Everything went according to plan in Tarnowo Podgorne where second ranked Tarnovia (12-3) outleveled 11th ranked Trefl 2 (5-10) 95-65 on Sunday. Tarnovia dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Trefl 2's 32. It was a great shooting night for Tarnovia especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.9 percentage. It was a great evening for power forward Maciej Rostalski (198-1990) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 12 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 blocks. Forward Seweryn Sroczynski (195-1995) helped adding 19 points and 5 assists. The best for the losing side was forward Eryk Adamiec (193-2004) with 11 points and guard Patryk Wojtyka (185-2004) scored 13 points. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Tarnovia maintains second place with 12-3 record behind leader AZS AWF Mick. Trefl 2 lost their third game in a row. They keep the eleventh position with ten games lost. They share it with 4 other teams. Tarnovia will meet at home Zgierz (#9) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Trefl 2 will play against Ksiezak and hope to secure a win.
