The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of Ukrainian Frankivsk (1-1) in Ivano-Frankivsk on Monday night. Hosts were defeated by Lithuanian Siauliai (2-2) 74-68. It was a key game for the top position in the league as both teams had the same 1-2 record before this meeting. Siauliai made 17-of-21 free shots (81.0 percent) during the game. American guard Morgan Lenahan (180-1997, college: Midwestern St.) scored 21 points, 9 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals to lead the charge for the winners and forward Danguole Pupkeviciute (172-2004) chipped in 15 points and 4 assists during the contest. Four Siauliai players scored in double figures. Frankivsk will play at home against the league's second-placed TTT Riga and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
