Very expected game in Madrid where 10th ranked Real Canoe (4-8) was edged by fifth ranked Ponferrada (8-4) 87-84 on Wednesday. Worth to mention a great performance of Senegalese forward Omar Lo (206-1997, college: CBU) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds and guard Alejandro Jorda (193-1995, college: Cuesta JC) who added 20 points during the contest. Four Ponferrada players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was forward Jorge Parra (192-1998) with 14 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists and forward Gabriel Gil (200-2001) scored 16 points and 5 rebounds.
