Important game to mention about took place in Madrid. Twelfth ranked Real Canoe (5-8) saved a 3-point victory at home edging much higher ranked Navarra (9-4) 76-73 on Wednesday evening. It was quite big embarassment for the guest team. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Navarra. Forward Jorge Parra (192-1998) stepped up and scored 16 points and 8 rebounds for the winners and forward Gabriel Gil (200-2001) chipped in 15 points and 7 rebounds. At the losing side guard Raul Lobaco (195-2000) responded with 14 points and 5 rebounds and forward Pau Trevino (202-2002) scored 5 points and 12 rebounds.
