Twelfth ranked Chorale de Roanne (7-9) got a very close home victory over higher ranked Limoges CSP Elite (9-8). Chorale de Roanne managed to escape with a 1-point win 88-87 on Thursday evening. Angolan forward Silvio de Sousa (206-1998, college: Chattanooga) fired 17 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. American swingman Ronald March (196-1993, college: Philander Smith) chipped in 17 points and 4 steals. Worth to mention March played also at Eurobasket Summer League, which helped get the job in pro basketball. Four Chorale de Roanne players scored in double figures. Chorale de Roanne's coach Jean-Denys Choulet used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. American point guard Bryce Jones (183-1994, college: Murray St.) produced 23 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists and U.S. Virgin Islands forward Desi Rodriguez (198-1996, college: Seton Hall) added 19 points and 5 rebounds (made all of his seven free throws) respectively for lost side.
