There was a small surprise in Lapua where tenth ranked Lahti (7-13) defeated 8th ranked Kobrat (9-11) 83-75 on Friday. The guests trailed by 5 points after three quarters before their 22-9 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Americans were the main players on the court. The best player for the winners was forward Chris Clarke (196-1996, college: Texas Tech) who had a double-double by scoring 15 points, 13 rebounds and 9 assists. Guard Michael Ertel II (188-1999, college: UAB) chipped in 26 points and 5 rebounds. Forward Danny Pippen (206-1997, college: Kent St.) produced a double-double by scoring 19 points and 14 rebounds and swingman Denzel Livingston (193-1993, college: UIW) added 15 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists respectively for the hosts. Lahti maintains tenth position with 7-13 record. Kobrat lost ninth consecutive game. They dropped to the seventh place with 11 games lost. They share the position with Kotka and Pyrinto.
