Regular Season Round 13: Marbo - Hammarby 70-59

Rather predictable result when fourth ranked Marbo (6-3) won against 6th ranked Hammarby (4-5) in Kinna 70-59 on Saturday. Anton Johansson (-2005) nailed 22 points for the winning side and forward Hajzer Ismaili (203-1994) accounted for 14 points and 8 rebounds. Four Marbo players scored in double figures. Center Noah Kelly (199-1997) came up with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 12 rebounds and Simon Forssberg added 7 points and 8 rebounds respectively for Hammarby in the defeat. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. The victory was the third consecutive win for Marbo. Newly promoted Marbo maintains fourth place with 6-3 record, which they share with KFUM Lidingo. Hammarby at the other side keeps the sixth position with five games lost. Marbo will meet at home NUBF (#8) in the next round. Hammarby's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Stockholm KFUM Fry. 2.
