The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked Peja (12-2) at the home court on Sunday night. Hosts were defeated by third ranked Ylli (10-4) 84-75. Point guard Isiah Umipig (183-1992, college: Seattle) replied with 21 points and 4 assists and center Khaliq Spicer (206-1994, college: Kent St.) added 14 points and 8 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) in the effort for Peja. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Ylli have an impressive ten-game winning streak. Defending champion moved-up to second place, which they share with Prishtina. Peja at the other side still keeps top position with two games lost. Ylli is looking forward to face Prizreni (#7) on the road in the next round where they are favorite. Peja will play against Vellaznimi (#5) in Gjakove and is hoping to win this game.
