There was no surprise when 14th ranked Baskonia B (2-14) lost at home to second ranked Clavijo (12-4) 75-68 on Sunday. Clavijo dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Baskonia B's 26 and made 18-of-22 free shots (81.8 percent) during the game. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Clavijo made 7 blocks. The winners were led by guard Juan Coffi (193-1998, college: CBU) who scored that evening 13 points and 7 assists and Nigerian-American guard Rob Ukawuba (191-1994, college: NJIT) supported him with 14 points and 7 rebounds.
