Regular Season Round 9: Lyon - BLMA 78-85

The most crucial game of the last round was another loss of Lyon (7-2) at the home court on Sunday night. Hosts were defeated by BLMA (7-2) 85-78. It was a key game for the top position in the league. BLMA made 22-of-22 free shots (100 percent !!!) during the game. The best player for the winners was the former international Mamignan Toure (183-1994) who scored 18 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Belgian center Kyara Linskens (193-1996, agency: LBM Management) chipped in 19 points (went 9 for 9 at the free throw line !!!). Four BLMA and five Lyon players scored in double figures. BLMA have a solid series of four victories in a row. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Bourges and Lyon. BLMA is looking forward to face Hainaut (#10) in Saint-Amand in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Lyon will play on the road against Landes (#8) in Mont de Marsan and is hoping to win this game.
