There was no surprise when 11th ranked Senigallia (7-8) was outleveled on the road by third ranked Fabriano (11-4) 93-73 on Sunday. Fabriano outrebounded Senigallia 38-21 including 16 on the offensive glass. It was an exceptional evening for naturalized Argentinian point guard Nicolas Stanic (180-1984) who led the winners and scored 23 points and 8 assists. Francesco Papa (198-1995, agency: Players Group) accounted for 15 points and 13 rebounds for the winning side. Point guard Filippo Giannini (184-1991) came up with 15 points and Simone Pozzetti (200-1990) added 16 points respectively for Senigallia in the defeat. Five Fabriano and four Senigallia players scored in double figures. Fabriano maintains third place with 11-4 record behind leader Rieti Real, which they share with 3 other teams. Senigallia lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the seventh position with eight games lost. They share it with 8 other teams.
