It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Montenegro. Balkanski Ris players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. It was a good game for American guard Holden Redparth (196-1997, college: FMU) who led his team to a victory with 26 points and 4 assists (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line). Sinisa Boskovic (-2003) contributed with 14 points and 5 assists for the winners. Forward Krsto Dubljevic (201-2004) replied with 5 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists and center Nikola Bojicic (198-2001) added 18 points in the effort for Montenegro. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Balkanski Ris moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Kotor. Montenegro at the other side keeps the third position with three games lost. They share it with Podgorica 2. Balkanski Ris will play against league's leader Pljevlja on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Montenegro will play against the league's second-placed Lim and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
