Regular Season Round 11: SBS Ostrava - Neptunas 54-67

An interesting game for Lithuanian Neptunas (4-3) which played road game in Ostrava against 4th placed Czech SBS Ostrava (2-5). First ranked Neptunas managed to get a 13-point victory 67-54. Neptunas players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. It was a great evening for Cameroonian swingman Linda Ndoli (193-1995, agency: DC Sports) who led her team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 11 rebounds (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field). Ukrainian swingman Viktoria Balaban (176-1997, agency: BIG) helped adding 12 points and 6 rebounds. Swingman Adela Smutna (183-1999, college: Northwest JC) responded with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 12 rebounds and Eliska Kubickova (174-2003) scored 6 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. SBS Ostrava's coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Neptunas have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain first place with 4-3 record, which they share with Frankivsk and Chomutov. SBS Ostrava lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the third position with five games lost. They share it with TTT Riga and Siauliai.
