Very expected game when 9th ranked Ferrara (8-10) was rolled over on the road by second ranked Cento (14-4) 84-65 on Sunday. Cento outrebounded Ferrara 51-29 including a 35-22 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Point guard Giovanni Tomassini (188-1988) scored 17 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists to lead the charge for the winners and guard Federico Mussini (188-1996, college: St.John's) chipped in 14 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. Four Cento players scored in double figures.
