There was a surprise result when fifteenth ranked Monaco (7-10) won against at home higher ranked Nancy (9-8) 84-79 on Sunday. They outrebounded Nancy 35-19 including 23 on the defensive glass. Monaco looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The best player for the winners was Iranian swingman Mohammad Amini (192-2005, agency: BIG) who scored 23 points and 6 rebounds.
