The game between third ranked Rubon (13-7) and 6th ranked Gomel (1-19) in Vitebsk on Saturday ended with biggest points difference. Rubon outscored guests from Gomel 109-53. Rubon dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Gomel's 32. Rubon forced 34 Gomel turnovers. Loser Gomel keeps the sixth position with 19 games lost. Rubon will meet at home Tsmoki II (#5) in the next round. Gomel will play against the league's leader Borisfen and hope to win that game.
