Everything went according to plan in Zaragoza where seventh ranked Alfinden (8-7) edged 10th ranked Azulejos (5-10) 65-63 on Saturday. Worth to mention a great performance of Beninese forward Soulemane Chabi-Yo (198-1996) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 24 points and 21 rebounds and American forward Martin Smith (196-1993, college: Lipscomb) who added 11 points during the contest. At the losing side Pablo Gracia (197-1996) responded with 17 points and naturalized Andorra forward Guillem Colom (195-1991, agency: BIG) scored 16 points. Both coaches allowed to play bench players in such tough game. Alfinden moved-up to sixth place, which they share with 7 other teams.
