Very predictable result when third ranked Celta Zorka (14-4) won against 8th ranked Ardoi (9-11) in Vigo 69-62 on Saturday. Celta Zorka forced 24 Ardoi turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The winners were led by Nigerian center Murjanatu Musa (187-2000) who scored that evening 16 points and 8 rebounds and Latvian Luize Sila (188-2004) supported her with 11 points and 6 rebounds. Even a double-double of 18 points and 14 rebounds by Argentinian center Diana Cabrera (186-1993) did not help to save the game for Ardoi. Center Claudia Calvelo (192-1992) added 9 points and 7 rebounds for the guests. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Celta Zorka have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 14-4 record having five points less than leader Ferrol. Ardoi lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with 11 games lost. They share the position with Real Canoe.
