No shocking result in a game when thirteenth ranked ASA (8-10) crushed bottom-ranked Aix-Maurienne (4-14) in Gries 85-63 on Tuesday. ASA looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Anthony Racine (190-1994) notched 21 points to lead the effort and power forward Jerome Cazenobe (204-1989) supported him with 6 points and 16 rebounds. Even 17 points and 5 rebounds by Surinamese forward Gavin Kensmil (201-1998, college: SF Austin) did not help to save the game for Aix-Maurienne. Naturalized American forward Georgi Joseph (199-1982, college: KSU) added 8 points and 13 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. ASA have a solid three-game winning streak.
