Round in Premijer Liga means a new league leader. The biggest surprise took place in Zagreb where host Tresnjevka (13-2) edged league's leader Ragusa (13-2) 68-65 on Thursday evening. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Ragusa. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Tresnjevka made 18-of-21 free shots (85.7 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was the former international guard Lana Packovski (172-1994) who scored 23 points and 5 assists. Vivien Nejasmic (182-2004) chipped in 9 points and 9 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was the former international guard Carmen Miloglav (170-1991, college: FIU) who recorded a double-double by scoring 16 points and 12 assists and the former international forward Iva Todoric (174-1993) added 11 points, 12 rebounds, 8 assists and 7 steals respectively. Four Ragusa players scored in double figures. Tresnjevka have an impressive series of eleven victories in a row. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with defeated Ragusa. Ragusa will play next round against Brod na Savi trying to make it back to the top of the standings.
