There was a minor upset when 11th ranked Vicenza (8-10) was rolled over at home by thirteenth ranked Ragusa (7-11) 82-57 on Sunday. Ragusa outrebounded Vicenza 56-34 including a 39-25 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was naturalized Maltese center Kurt Cassar (208-1999) who had a double-double by scoring 26 points, 18 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 blocks. Guard Roberto Chessari (195-2000) chipped in 14 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists. Four Ragusa players scored in double figures.
