Very expected game when 12th ranked Sloga Uppsala (6-13) was defeated at home by third ranked Norrort (12-6) 90-78. Guard David Niklasson (193-1995, college: N.Platte CC) nailed a double-double by scoring 41 points (!!!) and 10 rebounds (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line) for the winning side and guard Johan Rafstedt (181-1999) accounted for 21 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Naturalized Greek point guard Mannos Nakos (179-1988) came up with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 8 rebounds and 13 assists and forward Elias Westerlund (198-1988) added 19 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) respectively for Sloga Uppsala in the defeat. Four Sloga Uppsala players scored in double figures. Sloga Uppsala's coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Norrort maintains third place with 12-6 record having just one point less than leader Hogsbo. Newly promoted Sloga Uppsala dropped to the eleventh position with 13 games lost. Norrort will play against Eskilstuna (#6) on the road in the next round. Sloga Uppsala will have a break next round.
